How do I deal with a teacher saying I should stand in front of the class naked because I forgot my homework?
I'm a female who was harassed by a female teacher.This event took place last year at the Art Institute of Inland Empire. She said this comment in front of the whole class and waited for me to give her an answer. I would think this is inappropriate for a teacher.
Highly inappropriate! But she obviously finds the thought of stripping you naked exciting.
So simply forget your homework again, but be wearing a VERY short skirt, no underwear and a very loose top and just hope and pray she tells you the same thing in front of the whole class and make sure you have a tape recorder in your purse.
Then stand up and call her on it. Tell her you'd like to see her try to make you do it. She'll almost certainly back down. But if she doesn't and yells and berates you some more, all the better for the lawsuit.

Evony Review
First and foremost, the game is flawed in a few ways. He who has the most money wins. You can literally buy just about anything you need to gain some kind of advantage over everyone else. Want to make catapults? Buy some Michaelangelo Scripts. Need to feed your troops and don't want to spend the time farming? Buy some food. Is your hero not big enough? Buy some experience points and crush the competition in battle, or make troops instantly once your hero is big enough. The list goes on and on. Nothing in the game is cheap. It costs $3 just to move an icon from point a to point b at random. $9 if you want to pick a spot.
And there's a time zone problem. Someone in Kenya can attack your cities while you are asleep. You spend literally hundreds of hours building up your account and you can have 99% of it taken from you while you're asleep. That's a complete wipe out. All it takes is one coordinated effort. Everything you need to do to preserve your account costs you money. Dream truce costs money and a regular truce costs money. A definite advantage over 6 year olds and those who simply wish to play a simple game and not have it take over their lives.
Evony Management
The management of the game is frustrating as well. Requests for support go unanswered. Even billing questions are replied to with canned answers. There's no age limit to the game either, so adults are thrown into chat rooms with 9 year olds. (one in my alliance claimed to be 6 years old) An outstanding environment for pedophiles. Their forums are run by people who have no tolerance for anything they think is negative towards the company. Pages and pages are removed all the time. The terms of service agreement is vague at best, so they retain the right to cancel your account at any time for the smallest of infractions, which include logging into the game from multiple ip addresses without telling them ahead of time. So for example, if you're traveling and want to log in to check on your account from the airport, or a starbucks, you can get banned. Also you and your wife or brother cannot share a computer connection because it will be seen as 2 accounts by the same player. The list of reasons you can get banned is long and vague at the same time and if you get banned with money in your account, you won't get it back.
Evony's Seedy Advertising and Spamming Attempts
Have you seen the ads around the internet for the game? Not only are they falsely advertising by showing half naked women which have nothing to do with the game, they have gone so far as to show closeups of women in bras, just to get people to register. Even those images are claimed to be pirated out of magazines. They boast millions of accounts, but how many of those are legitimate gamers compared to those who created an account because they thought they were getting adult content and just never came back? They are also accused of blog spamming, which is the act of adding their links onto blog articles without permission. The proof is out there to be read.
Evony's Dark Side
A Google search on the company name turns up a dark side of the business. By reading up a bit, you'll find out that Evony was formerly called Civony. Civony was tied to other companies run by a group out of China. China is known to have plenty of people in it that have no problems with pirating software and movies, and Civony seems to be no different. Civony may have been a play on words as some people have noticed extreme coincidences between the two. Pictures are floating around the internet that show that words, sentences and paragraphs were taken directly out of Civilization.
What's more alarming even still is the effort by Evony to erase its history online by sending legal letters to ISPs to get websites with evidence shut down. Reverse engineering of the software showed the names of the companies that Evony screams aren't related to it. Evony is suing a blogger, Bruceongames.com for digging up a lot of this information. Evony is actually trying to claim that they have fewer than 10 employees, which is a requirement of the courts in Austrailia, which by the way, is a location that neither party is associated with. At the time this was written, evony.net had 6 job openings on its website. Do they think the world is so dumb that they'll believe a MMO game like this with 'millions' of accounts is managed by fewer than 11 people? Perhaps that explains their lack of customer service. Hard to buy though.
What's equally odd about this whole drama is the fact that the people who own Civilization, Tribal Wars and Age of Empires have yet to try to sue Evony. That's amazing to me. Perhaps they're having a difficult time trying to find someone in charge. The company is registered as a Delaware company, a cheap transaction almost anyone an do for themselves.
Walking Away From Evony
Personally I have nothing more to do with Evony. I'm a former player that got tired of farming for food, spending hours each day trying to maintain my account. 1.4mil prestige, a Furstin Ranking, 9 cities. I walked away. Along the way, I started bumping into more and more information about the company online despite their attempts to cover it up.
